Senior Executive - Employment
Location: Bristol
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits + Car Allowance

An exciting Development role has arisen with in one of the UK top Legal Practices. Our client is seeking a Solicitor / Barrister to join their Employment Team and create a clear vision for the development of new services.

You will play an influential role in developing a telephone based Law advice line service

Responsibilities:

You will be required to set up the system and assist in the recruitment of staff for the development of the department
Publicizes the Advice line service to clients and potential clients
To produce scripts, standard advices and training programmes
Supervise Staff members
Manage a small caseload of employment cases
Undertake advocacy at full hearings

Skills:

Knowledge of all Employment Procedures and Rules
Experience of advocacy at Employment Tribunals
Ability to conduct cases including complex cases from beginning to end
Demonstrate the ability to motivate, delegate, coach and supervise team members
Admitted Solicitor or barrister with good knowledge of Employment Law
Able to deal with complex cases
