Legal 500s firm has an opening for a Senior Pensions Solicitor. You should have a city or large regional firm training together with good academic background. The role will include dealing with occupational pension schemes, drafting and interpretation of pension scheme documentation, general advisory work, advice in relation to acquisitions, disposals and mergers, scheme amendments, investment management agreements, trustee training and seminars and independent trustee services.
