A highly regarded Bristol law firm is currently seeking an Employment Litigator for their friendly team. Salary up to £35k.
The Client: Our client is a national law firm that employs over 700 employees in offices throughout the Country. As a full service law firm they ensure their technology is up to date and effective in addition to all their staff being highly trained and supported, in order to provide the best service to their clients.
The Role: The successful candidate will be somebody already employed in an Employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation, who has working experience of handling an Employment tribunal litigation caseload. The work will involve acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages and the full range of discrimination claims. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of Solicitors and Paralegals and will be required to undertake a purely contentious caseload.
This role will best suit an effective communicator who has common sense, excellent organisational and PC skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Salary up to £35k, for the right candidate.
