BIRMINGHAM: this excellent second-tier national requires a top-notch Legal Executive to add presence to the emergent employment team. The firms represents businesses from all sectors of industries but has particular leanings towards sport, construction and real estate and this varied client base is set to continue to grow due to vigorous business development initiatives.
Your caseload will include the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including advising firms and companies on the implications of TUPE transfers, advise on insurance policies to cover ET litigation, as well as the opportunity to advise on various HR matters and policy and procedure, as well as running an ET caseload.
