This is an opportunity for a solicitor looking to move away from the pressures of everyday fee earning yet still play an integral role in an employment practice.
Our client is a leading firm in the Midlands and beyond, and has a well established a respected employment practice. You will join the niche HR Training and Employment team and work alongside other specialists in delivering bespoke services to existing and new clients of the firm.
The successful candidate will be skilled in providing training for clients and so will have experience of the relevant non-contentious elements of respondent employment work. This role will involve visiting clients to provide services in their offices, and as such excellent client contact skills are essential.
This is an excellent role for a candidate looking for a new challenge but wanting to remain in private practice rather than move to in-house.
