You'll be an assistant solicitor with at least 2 years pqe or an associate working in a recognised commercial firm already. Strong non-contentious experience would be beneficial as would advocacy skills, as there is scope to handle your own tribunal advocacy. Equally, the firm can also offer a mixed caseload tailored to suit your particular brand of experience.
