EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM
One of the most successful law firms within the UK currently seeks a 5 years qualified Solicitor to join their Birmingham office
Over the last 5 years the firm has enjoyed substantial growth as its business strategies have reaped rewards.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative national firm.
Within this role you will be dealing with all aspects of employment law, providing high quality, cost-effective and proactive service. You will have experience of offering practical and solutions driven advice and guidance to a wide range of HR employment clients. You must be able to demonstrate proven experience of both claimant and respondent work.
You will have proven relevant experience with ideally 5 years PQE in Employment law.
You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with rounded client service skills. You will actively seek out and take practice development opportunities. You will have good IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated team player who can work on their own initiative, is adaptable to changing demands and has the ability to meet targets. You will have a commercially driven and pragmatic approach and will be able to organise your own diary and prioritise your own caseload. Client care is paramount and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to high client care standards.
