An employment department at a successful law firm in Birmingham is currently seeking a friendly Legal Secretary to join their committed team. Salary up to £19k.
The Client: Our client is an influential and professional firm with a Legal 60 status and hold over 200 years of History. However the firm became it's own in the year 2000, this saw the firm expand significantly in order to service the growing Commercial requirements across the UK. They continue to expand and develop including in 2006 the merger with another excellent firm, this development has seen our client now manage over 268 hard working and experienced lawyers.
The Role: The client is seeking an Employment Legal secretary to help provide all round secretarial support to fee earners and colleagues. Previous employment experience is essential as is a minimum typing speed of 60Wpm. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all manner of secretarial duties such as audio typing, arranging meetings, taking detailed messages and handling incoming calls.
Organised team players with excellent communication skills would be ideally suited to this role. Candidates must be IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to work successfully under pressure.
Up to £19k is available for any candidates that have excellent skills and abilities and are willing to learn and develop alongside the firm.
