Are you interested in a career as a legal trainer? This role provides an interesting and creative twist on traditional legal fee-earning. This respected Birmingham firm seeks an experienced employment lawyer to specialise in the training aspects of providing employment law advice. You'll work closely with your clients in the provision of advice and training on a variety of employment law subjects. The role combines an interesting mix of training, utilising your employment law expertise and working to generate and introduce new work and leads for the department. At least 3 years pqe, you'll be a client facing employment lawyer with broad ranging legal knowledge and a proven track-record within an established employment team. Previous training experience would be beneficial as would evidence of the ability to engage with and build a rapport with prospective delegates. You'll work within a national team so some travel may be necessary and you'll typically split your time between delivering training, following up leads, designing new or updating existing sessions and marketing. You will play an important role working in a fully integrated team of trainers. An exceptional and unique opportunity to suit an outgoing lawyer seeking something a little different!
