This leading Midlands practice is looking to recruit a junior employment lawyer to work on a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious employment law for both national and international clients. The role will suit someone who is keen to work on a broad spectrum of employment law including TUPE, redundancy, unfair dismissal, and all aspects of discrimination, as well as negotiating and drafting employment handbooks and contracts. The environment would appeal to someone from a leading practice looking to have closer client access, who is Partner-facing, and willing to work more autonomously. However, the position also offers a fantastic structure in support and training when required.
