They have an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor in their Business and Professional Risk team based in the Birmingham office. Exact terms of the job details are open to discussion. In principal this position is to give support in providing a comprehensive service including training and "helpline" advice, assisting in resolving/avoiding disputes through advising on conduct of internal procedures, mediation and representation in employment tribunals using innovative arrangements including an insurance-backed annual fee product.
