Solicitors who are about to qualify through to 2 years PQE will be considered to join the Contentious team within the highly rated Employment Department.
The department offers legal advice and services for employers, employees and HR professionals and all of the lawyers have expertise relevant to every size of company. Employment law is constantly evolving and the team acts for employers and personnel professionals in a broad range of industry sectors and on all aspects of the employment relationship, from the pitfalls of advertising vacancies to creating human resources policies, drafting contracts of employment and dealing with dismissals.
Good advocacy experience is essential.
