Civil litigation Solicitor with a good knowledge of Employment Law sought for a busy Slough office. Candidates will have a minimum of three years all round experience in civil/ commercial litigation. It is essential that applicants have a sound knowledge of and experience in all aspects of employment law. Areas of work covered include Employment Property litigation Consumer disputes Partnership, shareholder and director disputes Commercial contract disputes Bankruptcy and company insolvency Debt litigation Professional negligence Contentious probate ADR Court agency work Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they have appropriate experience along with some advocacy skills. They will need good communication and social skills, be well-organised and able to work without supervision. The successful candidates will be happy to undertake marketing of the firm and to represent the firm at networking events.
