COMMERCIAL LITIGATION & EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - BERKSHIRE
Large well established Thames Valley firm seeks Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to cover Commercial Litigation and Employment caseload.
Specification Commercial Litigation/Employment Solicitor
60% Commercial Litigation, 30% Employment, 10% Contentious Probate - the latter is optional.
Quite a bit of marketing involved.
Strong academics
At least 5 years PQE in Commercial Litigation and Employment. Consideration would be given to exceptional candidates with 3 years + PQE.
Candidate would ideally have some contentious probate experience, but not essential.
Ideally with some marketing experience or showing a willingness and aptitude to assist in marketing the department.
Personal Attributes
Confident, articulate, enthusiastic, open minded, gregarious and adaptable.
Able to work in a team.
Capable of motivating and supervising junior members of staff.
Skills
Good technical and negotiation skills together with IT literacy.
The Position
Based in Berkshire office but there may be a necessity to work from the London office on occasion.
Benefits
Competitive salary with bonus structure to suit right candidate. Personal private health cover, 5% employer contribution to Company Stakeholder Personal Pension, car parking. Holidays are initially 23 days.
