Our client, an employment specialist, is looking to hire a qualified employment lawyer with post qualification experience ideally gained from private practice. You will be able to demonstrate experience or an interest in Employment Tribunal advocacy work.
You can expect to:
·Be responsible for representing clients at the Employment Tribunal, including the advocacy;
·Provide employment advice to clients in respect to high profile and challenging cases;
·Manage your own case load;
·Man the employment legal helpline on a rota basis.
You will be enthusiastic and confident, have first class written and verbal communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. This is the ideal opportunity for an employment lawyer who wants to make their first move in-house and be given the challenge of dealing with their own case load and advocacy.
The ideal candidate will have a full driving licence as you will often be required to drive to client sites.
