The Team and Role

This leading Employment department consists of 2 Partners and three fee earners. Quoted in the L500 as an "exceptional team" they handle a full remit of work including non-contentious work such as contract and policy review and drafting, senior appointments and severances and TUPE. On the contentious side they cover employment disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination complaints in the Tribunal and civil courts.

With an outstanding client base this role will see you dealing with the highest quality complex work.

This rare opportunity now exists for a senior level candidate to join the team in the Leicester office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development of new and existing client relationships as well as contributing to the development and strategy of the department.
