A Kidderminster law firm is currently seeking a new Fee Earner qualified to FILEX or Solicitor level for their growing Employment law team. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client is a highly reputable firm that has been established and highly regarded since the early 1800's. Throughout the Midlands our client holds four very successful offices which all contain highly trained and regarded staff who on a daily basis, offer a friendly and professional service. As a firm they cover many areas of law and have a very special team who ensure that the service is made understandable by all of their clients.
The Role: Due to company expansion our client requires a good all-rounder who has sound knowledge of Employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters. The successful candidate will be required to handle both respondent and claimant work for an extensive existing client base, with duties to include: Representing at tribunals, negotiating settlements, working closely with clients with regards to terms & conditions, contracts and handbooks and all other duties as necessary. The candidate will be the only Employment Lawyer so therefore must be self-sufficient, confident in own abilities, commercially astute and able to instill confidence in others.
Excellent prospects for an ambitious and enthusiastic team player. Salary up to £40k.
