They have a very interesting role for an employment lawyer wanting to try something a little different. You will be 1-2yrs qualified and have experience employer-focussed employment law matters, be able to develop strong client relationships with schools and other education institutions and above be 100% client focused. Some education experience would obviously be an advantage but not necessary.
