EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - SURREY
National Law firm are looking for an Employment Litigation Paralegal, Legal Executive (MILEX or FILEX) or a Solicitor with at least a year's experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload. The successful candidate will join the firm's expanding Employment team.
The work will involve acting for both employers and employees in claims that will include unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deduction from wages and discrimination claims. Looking for an effective communicator, common sense, good organisational skills, good computer skills, enthusiasm, ability to work to deadlines and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be already employed in an employment consultancy business, legal practice or employer/employee representative organisation and have at least one year's experience of handling an employment tribunal litigation caseload.
