Our Client is seeking to recruit a Mental Health Lawyer to join their team in Harlow. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with issues such as:
Mental Health Act matters
Representation at Mental Health Review Tribunals
Managers’ Hearings
Judicial review of tribunal decisions and relevant public law policy
Medical treatment
Advice for nearest relatives
Community care options/post-discharge care
Assistance at care programme approach (CPA)
