Department deals with special needs, exclusions and admissions decisions, school transport, provision of education, school bans, university appeals, educational negligence, bullying, sex and disability discrimination claims, data protection claims, and internal disputes. Dealing with schools, universities, higher education establishments and Local Authorities and appearing before tribunals, judicial reviews, county and high court.
