Healthcare Solicitor Cambridge A Healthcare Solicitor is now required to join this leading full service law firm in their Cambridge offices. The Healthcare Solicitor will take responsibility for providing a range of legal advice to a variety of NHS Bodies in the Eastern region, national health bodies (such as the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency) and some private sector providers. Specific areas of work include: - Advising on tendering procedures - Drafting and negotiating a range of contracts - Acting on inquests - Supporting solicitors on judicial reviews - Advising on primary care contracts - Advising on consent to treatment Candidates should be professional Healthcare Solicitors with an excellent academic background and solid work experience in a Healthcare arena.
