Health Solicitor Cambridge, East of England A quality Health Solicitor is now required to join the extensive health law practice within this outstanding law firm. The Health Solicitor will join a practice acting for over 110 NHS bodies including the Department of Health, a variety of special and strategic health authorities, hospital trusts and over 60 primary care trusts. As Health Solicitor you will take responsibility for providing a range of legal advice to a variety of these NHS bodies in the Eastern UK region, undertaking a broad range of work to include issues such as: consent, confidentiality, public interest immunity, complaints, mental capacity act 2005, best interests, inquests and judicial reviews. Candidates will need to boast a solid academic record in addition to an excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Health Service. Comprehensive post qualification experience, exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry will all contribute to your success.
