The successful candidate will be ideally admitted as a solicitor or barrister with current practising certificate specialising in employment law. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work to the SRA Skills Standards and to provide accurate, focussed advice to clients. The expectation is that the appointee will have 1 to 2 years' experience of employer-focussed employment law practice, although exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. The appointee need not have education experience, although this would be a clear advantage.
