The firms claims specialists work across the private and public sectors. As well as providing claims resolution advice to a range of insurance companies and self-insured corporations, they also act for numerous public sector bodies, particularly within the NHS. The firms specialist defendant clinical negligence lawyers are encouraged to set the agenda for claims resolution, rather than reacting to opponents - particularly by using ADR, which, where necessary, will include formal mediations. They have dealt with hundreds of claims, ranging from minor injuries to multi-million pound cases and are frequently involved in ground-breaking reported cases.
