Job Description
Intellectual Property Solicitor
Our client is a well respected niche law firm with a unique perspective on the way in which it delivers its legal services. This firm is client focussed and provides legal solutions within an environment which has synergy with in-house.
The firm has a strong corporate and commercial presence and have made great in-roads into the Retail Sector. As well as having a strong trade mark practice, the firm provides wider corporate IP support to its clients including advice on IP exploitation and protection including anti-counterfeit strategies.
The scope for growth in this area is immense and sought is an ambitious IP solicitor with between 1-4 years PQE. The role is principally non-contentious but consideration will be given to candidates with a broader mix of IP work.
The work will entail managing a portfolio of international trademarks, IP Licensing, date protection in addition to providing support on corporate transactions. In addition you will be involved in implementing counterfeiting strategies in respect of infringing domain names and counterfeit sales.
