Salary: to £28000. Based in a pleasant market town in North Warwickshire, this will be an attractive proposition for people looking to relocate from the West Midlands conurbation. The firm is looking for a Legal Executive, part-qualified Legal Executive or Paralegal to specialise in trademarks, with a foray into the realms of copyright a distinct possibility if you demonstrate your aptitude.
Your typical duties at the outset will include:
ˇInvestigating the use of potential new TMs
ˇAdvice on TM registration and usage
ˇContentious matters:TM infringement, passing off and preparing notices of oppositions
ˇPreparation and filing of trade mark applications in the UK and internationally
