Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1 yr + PQE TMT solicitor to work with a team of "high-quality people" who "consistently deliver." Based within the Commercial department, this TMT sector group delivers a top-end, City-quality service*, and is rated "top tier" in the legal directories.
Work
The practice undertakes all aspects of TMT transactions including outsourcings, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other complex corporate and commercial work acting for a variety of large corporations, financial institutions and government bodies, including many household names such as Thomson Reuters; FirstGroup; The Ministry of Defence; Nomura International; Orange; Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew; BAE Systems; General Healthcare Group and Coca-Cola HBC.
Requirements
The firm are looking for a good academic record acquired from a top university, coupled with evidence of good quality training, including non-contentious TMT experience gained at one of the UK's leading law firms, or specialist practice.
