The IT and Telecoms team at this well respected firm handles a range of work including outsourcing, IT, telecoms, e-commerce, convergence and regulatory work. The firm's clients range from technology start-ups to some of the world's largest corporations.
They are looking for an ambitious 3+ year qualified commercial solicitor to join their busy team in the London office. The role will primarily involve supporting the three partners who lead the firm's outsourcing, IT and commercial telecoms practice, but you will be expected to form relationships across the team (and indeed the firm) and take on a range of work. You will work closely with the partners and more junior lawyers on larger matters and have a significant amount of day to day responsibility for clients. Developing contacts and active participation in business development will be supported and encouraged.
The role will involve a significant amount of large-scale project work. However, the successful candidate will be flexible and willing to get involved in smaller IT and/or telecoms commercial work and in non-technology BPO, property facilities management and other outsourcing work.
