THE ROLE
The Commercial Technology team has established itself as one of the strongest in the UK and they currently seek a NQ+ lawyer to join their growing team. You will work closely with a Legal 500 rated partner who featured as one of the 'Up and Coming Individuals' in a recent Chambers UK guide. You will advise on all contractual and regulatory aspects of IT development and acquisition for private and public companies and public sector organisations working closely with corporate counsel at larger clients and with senior management at clients who do not have a legal function in-house for a balanced supplier and acquirer client base which ensures their lawyers are deeply and widely skilled.
The big selling point of this role is the excellent quality work coupled with the excellent support systems in place. The firm brings a genuinely innovative approach to what they do and were recently voted one of Europe's top 50 most innovative law firms by the Financial Times for the second year running.
