INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITORS

LEAD CLIENT SEEKS TALENTED LAWYERS FOR THE IP LITIGATION TEAM

Our client is a well recognized leader in the Intellectual Property arena and is currently recruiting bright and talented Lawyers / Solicitors into the Dispute Resolution Group.

The Team

The IP Litigation team advises a broad range of private sector clients regarding all forms of IP - especially patent litigation - across the full spectrum of industrial sectors. 

The Role

This role will cover the full gamut of contentious IP matters but will certainly encompass (although by no means exclusively) litigation in the computing, electronics, IT, and Telecoms sectors.

You

To be successful in the role you:-

• Must have a strong academic background in physics, electronics or engineering;
• A keen interest in computer, electronic and telecom technologies will also be of interest;
• Will have up to 4PQE gained at a team or firm with excellent IP pedigrees;
• Must demonstrate having worked within IP litigation with patents experience being particularly advantageous to you.
