HEAD OF LITIGATION - Debt Recovery - Yorkshire & Hertfordshire
We have been asked to find a Litigation manager who has expertise in the areas of consumer credit & the Data Protection Act coupled to supervisory experience.
Our client is a leading global outsourced customer relationship management & credit management service provider with the largest geographic footprint in Europe. In the very near future it will be the largest organisation in the UK Outsourced Services Collections Market.
The successful candidate will join the Operations Senior Management structure within a fast-growing environment & will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring litigation is effected in a timely, economical & efficient manner to maximise recoveries for the clients whilst maximising profitability for the company.
Salary up to £65,000 + benefits package
