An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal within a general and commercial practice in the centre of York. This practice has 2 offices, the other is in Weatherby and 7 partners, 5 of which are in the York office. The successful candidate will be required to undertake both civil litigation and PI work. The PI work will be claimant PI RTA and EL/PL. This firm is a member of the Law society Personal Injury Panel. On the civil Litigation side the firm deals in both High Court and County Court proceedings including money claims, breach of contract, housing and tenancy disputes, repossession cases, boundary disputes, holiday claims and inheritance disputes.
