An efficient and skilled Debt Recovery Team Leader is currently required to join the Secured Recoveries team at this successful firm in Bradford. Salary up to £25k.
The Client: Our client is a specialist law firm with an outstanding track record and reputation within the legal sector. The firm is supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team who offer pragmatic and sound Commercial advice, making this firm an exciting prospect for current and future staff.
The Role: Applicants should have experience of mortgage arrears in the County Court, an understanding of the Legal environment and have proven skills of working in a volume department. Previous experience in a Team leader role will be advantageous. The purpose of the role is to conduct a high volume caseload of mortgage arrears Debt Recovery instructions from a number of lender and/or financial institutions. The successful candidate will be expected to: deal with all steps of the Recovery process, provide a quality service to clients, support a growing team, manage a volume caseload, oversee ongoing training, attend Court hearings where necessary and all other duties as requested.
