Debt Recovery/Repossession Solicitor/FILEX Team Manager (to £40k) Our client has a significant client base amongst banks and other lending institutions. They are looking for an experienced solicitor or litigation manager to take on a team management role within the team which deals with defended repossession claims and more complex repossession and recoveries claims. The role will involve your own caseload but equally critical to being successful is the capacity to mentor and develop your team, to manage workloads and to be very client facing in your outlook. This is a great opportunity for an experienced litigation fee earner to work for a market leading firm with a great culture and successful business model that is performing well in times of economic slowdown.
