Large commercial practice based in Bradford seek a CRM coordinator to join their marketing department. The CRM coordinator's primary responsibilities are ongoing quality initiatives for the firm and continuous data management related to the Client relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Department information. This individual will manage and enhance the database that the firm relies on for business development and marketing activities.
Reporting directly to the Marketing director, this person will be expected to develop an advanced understanding of the firm's CRM system and make recommendations to improve processes based on marketing best practices and system capabilities.
This person should have experience monitoring and coordinating the firms work pipeline through the CRM system.
This candidate will have experience holding workshops and training programs with the user group and regular meetings to communicate concerns and problems with the data and usage issues.
This person will also perform all other assignments/tasks which the person could reasonably be expected to perform in a role of this nature.
The successful candidate will have experience dealing with CRM systems preferably within a legal practice, although applications from those working in other professional services will be considered.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as are strong project management and planning skills.
Ideally this candidate will have 3 years experience and the salary will be around £30K
