Private Practice in the Gatwick triangle are looking for a commercially minded Contentious Insolvency Solicitor to join their team. With good experience you will need to be able to work across a range of personal and corporate insolvency matters including acting for Trustees in Bankruptcy and for Liquidators. Involving a predominantly contentious insolvency litigation caseload you will require skills in investigation and perseverance.
Easy commutable distance from London and the South, on offer is a good salary and benefits package depending upon experience.
