Firm My client is a recognised leading commercial law firm with regional offices across the country. A TOP 100 firm, they have impressed and been recognised for the quality of services provided, normally expected to be found in the City. Team The Commercial Litigation team operates nationally across different offices and counts 50 lawyers. Acting for a varied client base made of large Plc and owner managed businesses, the team advises on matters such as: contractual disputes, warranty claims, director/shareholder/partnership disputes, commercial fraud, intellectual property claims, professional negligence claims, defamation and disputes relating to dealership and distribution agreements. Role Working closely alongside a Partner recognised as a leading individual in the market, you will gain exposure and work on multi-million pound international litigation's as well as smaller inter-companies contractual disputes. The majority of cases being fought in the High Court in London. The role will suit an ambitious individual with 0-6 years' pqe or equivalent. With good academic records (at least 2.1) and a comprehensive legal experience, you will gain great exposure to quality work and get the chance to work with market leading individuals in a highly efficient and commercially focused environment. The role will be demanding but offers great career prospects. Salary: £35 70K +, depending on experience Benefits: 25 days hols, contributory pension, private medical insurance, bonus, child care vouchers....
