An opportunity has arisen for a Debt Recovery paralegal/legal executive or equivalent to join this specialist Litigation practice based in Walsall.
The successful applicant will join a busy Collections team where they will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial debts ranging substantially in value. Duties will include all aspects of Debt Recovery from instruction through to enforcement including attendance at court.
Applicants should ideally be able to hit the ground running, but consideration will also be given to candidates who are looking to build upon a solid grounding in this field, as some training can be provided.
