You will be a key part of this planning for the future and will be heavily involved in recruiting and mentoring additional team members. This is a key opportunity for a Paralegal or Legal Executive currently managing a team to make the move to a serious player with a more relaxed approach than city-centre counterparts, or an experienced fee earner who feels ready to take the next step up in their career.
