An organised Fee Earner with Debt Recovery and Advocacy experience is currently required for a Walsall law firm. Salary up to £22k.
The Client: Our client has been established since the late 1970's and offer a specialist service to clients throughout the UK. Based on its dedicated approach, the firm has grown substantially over the years with the addition of many widely experienced staff and is today acknowledged as a major force in the legal field.
The Role: Ideally candidates will be qualified to ILEX or QBE level and have previous Debt Recovery and Advocacy experience. Previous Commercial experience will be beneficial but is not essential. The successful candidate will be working within the collections team on their own caseload of varied Commercial Debt Recovery matters, with duties to include: Managing own files from initial instruction to completion, issuing proceedings, preparing and issuing applications and claims, giving advice to clients, attending Court, carrying out own Advocacy etc. This role is not suitable to LPC students or Solicitors.
