This is one of the most varied and interesting debt recovery-based roles around. You'll be housed in a prestigious L500 firm with modern & spacious offices in the heart of Birmingham city centre. In addition, there is also a healthy benefits package in place (see below). Your brief will be to manage a pre-contentious and litigated caseload of debt recovery matters arising from asset finance repayments that have fallen into arrears. As a result, you will be coming up against some surprising, high-profile adversaries, who look to improve their cashflow situation by withholding all amortisation payments - a common tactic when debt finance is not readily available. Your generous fringe benefits package referred to above includes (but is not limited to): *Contributory pension up to 7.5% *Death in service benefit of 8 x salary *25 days holiday with the option to buy 8 more - plus a day off on your birthday + £50 gift *Full dental care *Health cover An exhalted Partner will assume responsibility for your development so it's a good ground to learn your trade - although you must have experience in contentious practice to be a serious candidate. If you are, this is well worth applying for - there's nothing to lose.
