Leading legal practice requires a team leader for their recoveries team in Swansea. This large team handles various debt recovery issues for a range of clients and is a key part of the practice.
The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of debt matters including pre-legal, issuing proceedings and enforcement. Management skills will include setting targets, acting as a technical point of reference, disciplinary, recruitment and other general duties. Applicants should have acquired these skills in a previous leadership role.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience and complemented by an excellent benefits package.
