Top Private Practice are looking for an Insolvency / Restructuring Solicitor to join the team at their Guildford office. You will need to have good experience from a recognised practice and be able to work across a range of personal and corporate insolvency matters. The successful candidate will need to be happy in a primarily contentious role that will involve liasing with clients and dealing with a heavy market aspect.
