Personal Injury Litigated Defendant Paralegals Bristol, South West Personal Injury Litigated Defendant Paralegals positions available now! This niche insurance legal firm acts on behalf of a number of leading insurers, loss and liability adjusters and self insured companies handling a range of cases but principally RTA, public liability, employers liability and property claims. At this time, several outstanding opportunities exist for Personal Injury Litigated Defendant Paralegals to work within fast track litigated defendant teams. You will take responsibility for the management of a caseload from receipt through to settlement whilst receiving comprehensive training on file management, negotiation skills, working within a case management system. Ideally you will have some solid experience working in either a pre-litigated or small claims Personal Injury team or you may have experience of working for an insurance company dealing directly with clients and their claims.
