This high profile role will see you join one of the fastest growing and most stable companies in the area, where you will be responsible for leading a number of Litigation teams.

About the Role:

Directing a large team of Litigators through a number a Team Leader reports
Ensure compliance with service level agreements
Provide training to raise knowledge and expertise
Contribute to areas of operations and strategy
Act as a technical referral point for Team Leaders

Skills/Experience Required:

Strong litigation knowledge and experience (gained within civil litigation, personal injury, debt recovery or credit hire)
Proven track record of successfully managing a team
