Readings leading commercial firm. Having gained great exposure in the region to become the regions No. 1. They have expanded a lot within the last few years and are always looking to add good quality people to their team. They have very good quality clients and with them comes an outstanding level of work.
Based within the established and well regarded Insolvency team you would be based in the centre of Reading working under a partner who runs the department with other fee earners. In addition to running your own caseload you would be expected to assist the partner with theirs. This offers the opportunity to deal with some very high calibre work.
The role is going to be orientated around personal and corporate insolvency. So experience in these areas is beneficial
Experience
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with between 1-3 years PQE. Although all levels of experience will be considered. Both contentious and non-contentious. Maybe you have a commercial litigation background with insolvency experience.
