Job Description

As one of the largest private practices in Oxfordshire, with 5 offices and over 150 staff in total, this firm is a secure employer with a well-deserved regional reputation.

Currently recruiting a Property Management Paralegal to join the team based in Banbury who act on behalf of major residential developers and property managing agents. The team collects arrears ( usually arising from non payment of ground rent or service charges) on behalf of their clients through negotiation and litigation. The successful candidate will be required to negotiate with lessees on behalf of the clients and advise on appropriate settlements.

This role is likely to suit a paralegal with previous experience of dealing with residential leases either from a residential conveyancing background or from a property management company. Salary is likely to be in the range of £18,000 to £24,000 which is dependent on experience and negotiable. The firm also offer a number of additional benefits which are available upon request.
