Experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal - North West If your expertise and interest lie in Debt Recovery you really should explore this opportunity! The client are a dynamic firm of commercial lawyers well-known for its flair and ambition, they are multi-disciplinary and cover all legal matters from the largest multinational companies through to more modest owner-managed businesses. They pride themselves on offering an exceptional service for all of their clients and can guarantee that all the work is carried out in a confident, friendly manner and this is where you come in.. The successful candidate will have had at least 2 years experience handling undefended, volume, commercial debt recovery work. Knowledge of issuing county court proceedings, entry of judgment and enforcement of judgments is essential. The position is a fixed term contract for 50 weeks.
