Debt Recovery Paralegal Manchester. A highly regarded national law firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic debt recovery team.
Working under the supervision of a team leader the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of debt recovery matters, which will include issuing court proceedings and dealing with enforcement. Ideal candidates will have experience of debt management on behalf of local authorities and preference with be given to those who have previous experience recovery costs from tenants in council owned properties.
